Chef Supavadee Turner
Supavadee (Mu) has many years experience as a Thai Chef, and her knowledge of Thai food and ingredients is second to none. She has cooked since the age of 6yrs old, when she was taught by her mother in Khon Kaen, in the North East of Thailand.
She has worked in numerous Thai Restaurants in the UK and more recently had her own business, Thai Buachan Catering, which brought the Thai Restaurant to your home by catering for dinner parties, weddings, birthdays, etc.
All the dishes on offer, the sauces, pastes, spring rolls everything is home made. They are all made with authentic Thai ingredients using family recipes passed down from her mother or developed by herself using her vast knowledge of Thai Cuisine.
